Am Ende geniessen wir die Forehead Knuckles und du kannst die Entspannung im Stirnmuskel sofort spüren. Yeah – davon kann man nicht genug bekommen.

Belebendes Workout für Mund und Wangen

Willkommen zum heutigen Workout. Wir arbeiten nach einem intensiven Warm Up heute kurz an der Aufrichtung. Achte darauf, dass dein Nacken beim Warm Up entspannt bleibt und nicht mithelfen will. Mit Cardio O bauen wir dynamisch Volumen in den Wangenmuskeln auf. Diese müssen arbeiten. Entspannung kommt erst hinterher. Wir starten mit den Lip Pinches auf den Lippen und massieren diese dann so richtig durch. Weiter gehen wir gezielt auf den Zygomaticus Major ein. Der Lachmuskel, der die Mundwinkel nach oben zieht. Am Ende gönnen wir uns mit dem Cheekbone Lift noch eine wunderbare Entspannung! Viel Spass dabei.
